Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Coventhill@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

All of our hoodies are custom-made on demand, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Order Issues & Delivery Problems

If your order is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

In confirmed cases of lost shipments, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account
